By using True Drive’s services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. True Drive reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Service Scope
True Drive provides vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair services across multiple locations. Specific services included in each package are outlined on our website and may vary based on the package selected. No parts replacement or free engine oil change is included in Silver and Gold packages unless explicitly stated.
3. Payment and Fees
All service fees, including any applicable taxes, must be paid in full upon selecting a service package. Payment can be made through approved payment methods such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or bank transfers. True Drive reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any discounts, such as for combo packages, are applied only at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel services within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no service has been delivered. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued for partially used or completed services. Refund processing time may vary based on the payment method.
5. Service Packages and Validity
All packages are valid for the specified duration (e.g., 6 months for Silver, 1 year for Gold and Platinum packages). Services must be availed within this timeframe; unused services will not be carried forward, transferred, or refunded. Packages include specified inspections, servicing, and washing frequency, as detailed in the package description.
6. Warranty and Liability
True Drive strives to ensure high-quality service but does not provide any warranties beyond those stated in the package description. True Drive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. In the event of a breakdown, True Drive provides assistance but does not cover the cost of repair parts.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending service appointments within the package validity period. Failure to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that service instance. Clients must provide accurate vehicle information and report any known issues before servicing.
8. Breakdown Assistance
True Drive offers breakdown assistance within the areas covered. This includes towing and basic roadside assistance. Additional labor or part replacements may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance. True Drive is not responsible for delays due to external factors such as traffic or weather conditions.
9. Privacy and Data Use
True Drive respects client privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services, processing payments, and improving service quality. Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with True Drive’s customer service. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in which True Drive is registered.
