Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellations: You may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours before the appointment time without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
  • Membership Cancellations: Monthly and annual membership plans may be canceled at any time. However, fees for the current month will not be refunded if canceled mid-term.
  • Special Packages: For bundled or promotional service packages, cancellations may not be eligible for partial refunds unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service Refunds: Refunds for services will only be issued in cases of unsatisfactory service due to True Drive’s negligence or inability to complete the requested service. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the service date for any claims.
  • Prepaid Services: For prepaid services or memberships, refunds are available only if canceled within the first 7 days of purchase and if no services have been availed. A processing fee of 10% of the paid amount will apply.
  • Package Refunds: Refunds for unused packages or services purchased as part of a package will not be issued. True Drive reserves the right to issue partial refunds or credits in exceptional cases, which will be evaluated individually.

3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to be present for a scheduled service and have not notified True Drive within the 24-hour cancellation window, no refund will be issued, and the appointment will be considered a no-show.

4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method once approved. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
